So.......I am one of the people who got some bad cartos. In fact, it was the first time I ordered more than one box. :laugh: (tib, please don't say "that figures" :D)

It is obvious you all know what an upright vendor deej is, but I didn't until this. I will say I am greatly impressed with how flawlessly everything was handled.

Thank you deej for making it absolutely painless on my end. I am happy to read they are going to send you replacements. :) I probably cursed you just by ordering some.

seriously though, there is nobody better than our kitty, and the dcs had been performing so well in the past that i put the blame for poor performance on the epower and not the cartos.
this is a major problem with china. you never know what the next order will be ..... it's a shame that our kitty ended up with that mess when he just had decided to branch out into hardware.

well, i just hope that everybody will be patient and wait on their replacement until their next order from kitty. smoktech might send new cartos but they are not covering all that lost postage .....

I think that is grossly unfair. Always have. If a company sends out bad product, they should cover/reimburse shipping costs as well. :mad:

So sorry to hear about the bad cartos. I immediately went and opened one of my 2 boxes and filled it, unfortunately, it seems I, too, got the bad ones. I've emailed DeeJ about it. I have no problem waiting for a replacement.

I would like to suggest that you (deej) insist on your supplier giving you reimbursement for shipping costs too .. I know several ECF suppliers that have gotten them to do just that when they have shipped a bad product. It might take a little arm twisting, but there's no reason you should have to cover the cost of postage when it was their mistake! They might give it to you in the form of 30 cases when you only ordered 20 .. but I think they will make it right if you insist.

I hope all customers of Deejstuff understand this is not their fault and are patient in waiting for replacements. Many store owners would just shrug it off and say "oh well, it's not my fault, there's nothing I can do" and not offer to replace the defective parts. The fact that deejstuff is willing to do so guarantees my business for life.

sky, when a vendor does the right thing and offers replacements most of the damage occurs reshipping everything - never mind the wasted postage from china to get a faulty product ......

which puts every vendor between a rock and a hard place

That would be really helpful !! But, I can't require it... :)

I was able to get some consideration, but not enough to cover the damage.

Hello all. Wondering if any of you have tried the Hypnotic Mist juice and could give me a little feedback.

If anybody can break free of the Hypnotic trance... :)
