revisiting an old conversation... I finally got around to ordering 1mL syringes and blunt 1" needles, so carto fill-kits are on their way!

The needles should be small enough to use in a CE2, and long enough to reach close to the bottom of the DCCs that I sell.

If you've not syringe-filled a DCC, you gotta try it. Just slide the needle down between the plastic tube and the filler and slowly inject the liquid. Quick, neat and fun!

Yep! My favorite bit is not having to wait for the liquid to soak in!

(and I never really liked the whole "condom-fill" or Taryn Spin methods...)

I didn't even try those because I could never find a real explanation. I like this method and if i accidentally put too much in i can tell and suck it back out with the needle!!

I had run into a couple videos on them last year...

oh... reminds me... the needles are metal, not those flexible things that get kinky...

If I could figure out a way to keep the liquid all mixed up, I wouldn't mind packaging it directly into syringes for easier use.

True, there are a few other considerations to doing that, but it'd be sorta cool...

And, you'd only loose maybe .01 - .02 mL (at most). Less than a drop!

Of course, getting the proper syringes could be a bit pricey... have to use the kind with 2-part plunger assembly and some kind of tip seal so it doesn't empty the syringe during shipment.

Come to think of it... if anybody runs across a source for stuff like that, please don't hesitate to let me know...
