Just popping in to give Deej a big WOW and THANKYOU! I received two packs of clear DC cartos in the mail today. I order some a while back when he was having issues. I didn't notice anything off or send in any type of complaint but he went and shipped some out to me because my batch fell in the bad batch. This is a first for this kind of service, got bum cartos before, was able to return one batch for a credit to that vendor but never have I gotten service like this. Definitely a two paws up vendor.

I got the same care package.. I had ordered 2x 5 packs of DCC's and he had emailed me saying there'd been some issues with them. I told him yeah, 3 of the ten were total duds. Just shorted out the batt when I screwed them in. I never complained to him or said anything though - this is the way of hardware. Specifically inexpensive hardware like Cartomizers. He said he'd send me some replacements and I thanked him. Figuring since I told him 3 were duds, I'd at most get another 5 pack as a replacement. But nope, I got another 2x 5 packs. I almost feel lucky that I landed in a 'bad group' of the DCC's, I essentially got 7 for free. LOL

Not many suppliers can make a manufacturing mishap seem like a happy little accident. Deej does rock!

Deej even replaced the complimentary ones he sent when I bought my epower kit as they were in the dud batch! He really does go above and beyond in the customer service department, and of course the quality of his liquid is way beyond average in all the good ways!

I didn't want to assume that ANY of the remainder were good... that could have been a headache. And going ahead and just replacing let me sleep better... and we all know how little of THAT I get...
