Agree absolutely. I tried 6.0 a few times and didn't understand why anyone wanted higher voltage so I stuck with 3.7V. But the 4.8 is better than 3.7. Really brings out the flavor with no scorching.

I haven't tried my dual coil cartridges yet because I don't want to simulate higher voltage than that (and Ralph tells me that he thinks my eGo-Ts will think the low resistance is a short.)

Almost missed that. Deej could better advise if the DCC cartos might work on the eGo T's. I dont know a lot about the eGo T.

I want some loopholes :D

Yay for the cartos and new flavors!!!

Evening everyone :)

Hi Fudgey. :)

as long as the Ego-T uses the same basic battery type as the Ego, there shouldn't be any problem. I've used the DCCs on both the 650 and 900mAh batteries without issue.

Of course, I haven't used it long enough to know if it shortens the overall life of the battery.

It does drain it a bit quicker, but not overmuch.

As I recall, the tank atomizer is a 2 ohm jobbie...

:D This is good news. :)

OK, I gave you the wrong scoop Poeia. I stand corrected.

Actually, I think I just told you "eGo," Ralph. I'm not sure I indicated it was the "T" variety.

I have some basic Riva batteries that I stopped using as soon as the eGo-Ts arrived. Those I'd be afraid to try.

By "shortening battery life" we are talking about between charges, right (as opposed to how long it will be before it is garbage.)

Yes, that is correct.

I thought the dual coil cartos are low res.

I are so confuzzled.

The ones I sell are... apparently there are higher res DCCs (2 ohm). Mine are 1.5 +/- 0.2.

as i understand it,it's an Ohm's law/physics thing. The DCCs have have two coils of wire with higher resistance wired in series instead of one coil of lower resistance. Our vaping experience and the total resistance is the same, but the drain on the battery is less for the DCCs.

Ralph, you're the modder, help me out here :) especially if i've got this wrong.
