Wow Poeia. That's some serious vaping you got going there. I have a tendency to take 4 or 5 hits and then come back to it in 15 or 20 minutes. Unless I am driving, then I tend to take a couple of hits at the stop lights until I get dizzy, or get to my destination. I have a tendency to pump the switch a bit after I put freshly charged batts in. Less so after they have been vaped on for a bit.

Deej, what kind of life are you getting on yours?

I have been wanting to make a test set that will allow me to properly simulate a vaping pattern. Of course defining a vaping pattern is another thing altogether, cause we are all so different.

Explains why I ODed a bit when I started at 24mg. At 6mg, it's not a problem.

If I put it down and get involved in something, it will stay on the table for 5-30 minutes. But once it's in my hand, I tend to keep the drip tip right next to my mouth so I don't have to move it far. Hit, exhale, hit, exhale, hit…

ETA: Going to visit Dad in a couple of days. There I'll vape when I'm fixing his computer and while he's taking a nap. Other than that, a few hits when I'm resting after velcroing his rug down for the 15th time because he refuses to accept that it is going to keep shifting and that's about all.

Yes I did and it helps a LOT. For some things it's even better than being there. For example, last time I visited I introduced him to YouTube. The next day he called because the sound was gone. After fiddling around with his control panel for a while, I realized that he had managed to turn off the little speaker icon on the YouTube video itself. Because he was sitting right in front of the computer, he was able to see the cursor turn it off and on so now he knows where it is.

The only thing it doesn't work with is that I can't see the browser settings. The TeamViewer stuff covers all that up. Somehow he got his bookmark toolbar to not show so we've had to navigate around that. But I think I'll figure that out when I'm there. (For someone who is 92 and had retired before PCs even existed, he is very tech savvy. But he still doesn't use the address box -- he types where he wants to go into the Google search box and then clicks on the link he wants.)

One of the things I love about my MBM is that there are so many ways to hold it that my hand never gets tired. I guess that's true of box mods in general, but I've only had tubes and stock batteries before this.

When I'm on the street, I make sure to put my palm over the back and hit the button with my forefinger. That way the front cover is visible to anyone looking. (I've seen a few puzzled looks but no actual questions yet.) But at home I rotate it around in my hand which feels great.

At the opposite extreme for me are mods with buttons on the bottom. I know there are people who love bottom switches, but they cause me physical pain, shooting up my hand and into my arm.

Wow. He's 92 and getting around on the internet. That is awesome! :) Which browser do you have him on?

I had never though of versatility in how you can hold it as being an advantage. I do know that several reported that it feels heavy at first, but then they stuck with it for a half hour, and got used to it real quick. It really was designed with the beginner in mind. Specifically to combat the "my battery is freaking dead already?" frustration that a lot of new users get when trying to quit smoking on say a Blu or 510.

Poor Deej. We are Bogarting his thread. :( :D

I have some weakness in the backs of my hands. If I'm on the phone for half an hour, my left hand goes to sleep. (Solution = headset.) It might be carpal tunnel-ish. I recently switched my mouse to my left and the right hand is feeling great these days. The weight has been my Chuck problem. If you build something like a tank, it's going to weigh more than balsa wood.

Dad's smart and technical (he was an orthodontist.) He does a lot of creative writing so he got a computer for WP. He's good at reading e-mail, less good at sending it. But he can go to Charles Schwab (his favorite site), the Bridge Deck, the blog my cousin set up after his 90th birthday party where he posts some of his poems for the rest of the family, etc. He's getting good at looking up phone numbers. He thought he'd like Hulu but I think sitting in a desk chair that long was too much. That's why the Tube of You is such a hit with him -- one aria, one song from My Fair Lady, etc.

He's on Firefox. (There was a problem with it recently so I loaded up Chrome as a backup, but he doesn't use it.) IE is there too, but boo-hiss.

So, in my next order, you have convinced me to try Deej's Waffle. I also want to try a flavored taffy (probably either Banana or Pomegrate.) I can't decide if I'm ready to try a floral. If I do, it will probably be Honeysuckle.

Firefox kinda perturbed me with their new release mode (major release every 6 weeks). If he is still using that, you might want to put Adblock Plus on there. It is free and blocks 95% of the advertisements. The ads are a prime vector for malware nowadays.

I am going to have to try a floral or two. Actually all three of them sound good to me. :) I wonder what rose would taste like.

Sounds like you are in the groove this weekend. :)

Y'know... I do have Rose on standby... also Lavender... something else, too, that has slipped my mind... maybe Jasmine?
