An ASUS eee Transformer... the 32GB version. It is well and fully introduced, and can take control of my other 'puters both in-LAN and over the internet (if I need it to).

It was on sale at Office Depot, and it had come down to a choice between that or the Toshiba Thrive... the Thrive was the same price as the on-sale Transformer, but the Thrive only had 16GB, so the choice was fairly easy. I use ASUS products when I build my desktops, so I'm relatively comfortable with that line.

Nice!! (I just looked it up) no wonder the 'puters were hesitant at first- you introduced an alpha tablet into their midst, and you're gonna let it take control !
