I am back!
Last week I worked all week & the weekend for a 7-day work week
(Tuesday thru Monday).
So I had no time to work on my computer, which kept shutting off! 
I found no virus, so I eliminated some old programs and did a C clean up and a De-frag.
Also, changed some settings on IE 8
and
Deleted Fire Fox and re-downloaded it new.
No more problems!
