Good that you have the forum here. Probably all (or almost all) your customers know to come here to find out why they can't get on the site.

We have had a major issue on this server,
It is imperative that we move everyone to a new box. In order to do this in the most effective and timely manner we have had to take the server off line for the duration of the move, This is to make the move faster but also to preserve all account information.
We have no estimate on the amount of time this will take but rest assured we are working as fast as we can and will post updates here as we go.
With the urgency of this move all of our attention will be focused here and the ticket system and the phone system will be ignored during the duration.
Any tickets put in during this time will be closed immediatly.

They've been pretty good about responding to my issues in the past...
This sucks, because they just upgraded to this new server for enhanced speed and storage.
