heh... it just might. I'm getting complaints on orders taking too long to ship already!
Are you freaking kidding me?

Hee. First I typed the line about all 3 orders shipping. Then I realized it might look like you were slow in shipping the first two. (We both know that wasn't the case. I just didn't want any newcomers to get the wrong idea. Your communication and turn-around time is always excellent.)

it is what it is. :)

I want to get orders out as quickly as I can without sacrificing accuracy (which has happened once or twice)...

I also try and let people know if their order is going to take more than 2 days to get out the door, particularly if they order Mon - Thur.

I think the biggest issue/problem (nod to SilverBear...) is they may not realize that each order is custom-mixed.

Which reminds me... I am looking at what it'd take for me to maintain a pre-mixed stock.

If you want liquid to ship within 24 hours, don't buy custom liquid. There are plenty of vendors who sells pre-package juice who can just grab a bottle from a shelf and drop it in a box.

Almost all the e-cigarette vendors in this country are Mom & Pop operations. Most, like Deej's, are one-man shows as they grow big enough to support staff. Despite this, the service is consistently spectacular. Maybe it's too good and people are getting spoiled.

I guess that is why other suppliers only offer their juice one way. With all the permutations you offer (PG/VG ratio, nicotine concentrations or lack thereof, and flavoring strengths) it would be hard to guess the future and have pre-mixed stock. Maybe you can have the most common bases pre-mixed and also have the different flavors pre-mixed, then add them together based on the order.

Maybe you can pre-mix big batches of just the flavoring for your most popular combos. Then all you'd have to add is the nicotine & the PG/VG. You offer 10 PG/VG levels, 10 nicotine strengths and 5 flavor levels. That's 500 variations on each flavor. No way you can keep all that pre-mixed.

^^^ I agree. A lot, a lot of flavors, very demanding. Plus, the more custom mixing, the more room for...just my :2c: Wish you the best, Deej.

Goodnight Deej...sters! :)

Hiya Fudgey!!

That's because the Magical Shipping Fairies  you. You must feed them or something!

Oh I do.......I have special treats for them :D:laugh:

I would rather have my liquid mixed as ordered instead of it having been sitting on a shelf for 6 months.

I did have one customer tell me that their experience was that liquid that's steeped too long actually starts to taste bad...

If I did start offering premixed, I'd have to be very careful to only do that with flavors that age well. The only flavor I know of so far that qualifies is Sweet Gingerbread.

Define too long. When I got so overstocked, I regularly vaped nicotine liquid that's 8-12 months old (although I did wonder if the nicotine degraded so I was vaping less potent stuff.) And last month I tossed a LOT of nicotine-free liquids from 2010. Only a couple tasted "off," but I decided it was time.

I've gotten very carried away with Deej's sales recently (20% off, buy one/get one) so I have 4 ounces coming. Add it to what's already here, I'll have close to 10 oz. So, unless I run out of my two "must have" liquids, I won't buy any more for a few months. But I'm not worried that any of them will go bad before I vape them.

I've never had any of Deej's liquids around long enough to test if they'll go bad. I do have some others that are close to the expiration date...they haven't gone off, but i can't make myself vape them either (and i can't see PIFing liquid that old)

I just got rid of some old liquid I had that didn't have a date on it. I have some stuff that I want to PIF but don't want too put in any without a date on them.
