I know you are in business, you want to make all your customers happy and you want to grow.
But point blank, some people expect it the day before they order. I call it the feebay syndrome.
Your shipping is spot on. As you grow, it might have to slow down a little but I would say you have room to play with based on how quickly you ship now.
