Hey CES! Looks like a bit of good news for you there in Alabama...
State Senator Cam Ward reports that Senate Bill 198 was substituted in committee, and when that substitution was made, it struck out reference to e-cigs.
(that has not been 100% confirmed... based on an email from Senator Ward to a constituent)

hehehehehehe..... i wonder if this is coming around from the post i made yesterday or if perhaps it's confirmation..... at least one constituent that Cam Ward talked to (via FB) was my friend, and he told her that the bill had been amended to remove e-cigs. I posted it in the legislative threads and asked if anyone could confirm......It is good news though once it's confirmed!
