So, on average, how long do the cartos last in the tanks? After another vendor's liquid clogged my first one I started another 3 weeks ago. So far,
5ml Caramel/Vanilla
10ml Butternilla
10ml Vanilla Butterscotch
10ml Vanillascotch
20ml Caramel Waffle
12ml Pecan Waffle
18ml Waffle
(I'm only using compatible flavors)

That's almost 3 ounces and the only loss of efficiency I've seen is that it takes a little longer after a refill for it to settle in for vaping.

But I'm going to retire it for a little bit now. I've been vaping the waffles for about 2 weeks now and I'm sure they agree with me but if there's any chance the acetyl propionyl is an irritant, I should probably lay off it until I can breathe again. (Day 3 of the cold from hell that is trying to settle in my chest.)

So, what family of test flavors to feed through the next carto/tank? Maybe fruit taffies.

3 ounces in the same carto? I admit to being stunned! I don't know if that says a lot about that particular carto, or about how "clean" my juices are... maybe both?

For your next test family, taffies would be a good choice. Champagnes would be too, but they're not on your personal menu.

Hey maybe you should get some, cough, cough, honey drops. Can't say what they should really be called but you get the idea.

How much would you expect a carto to handle?

I think it's a definite testament to your liquid. The flavor I've been semi-nagging you to replace had zero air draw after the first refill.

As I only bought sample sizes of everything (sometimes BIG samples) I want to use only flavors that work well together. Some things, such as coffees, monopolize any carto or atomizer so they can only be used for that flavor forever and ever. Maybe I'll just stick to dripping Peppermint Taffy in an 801. I can almost taste it. (ETA: And, if they mailman ever delivers my order, I've got more Peppermint Taffy coming so I can afford to squander a little on my dead taste buds.)

So funny, I was just commenting to Iron Monkey that the Carto in my current tank has lasted through 5 fills of Cantamelon with no ill effects and is still kicking out vapor like the day I got it, and that using another vendors juice killed the tank cartos in 2 fills!
I think my tanks may be reserved for deejstuff only from now on... that could have a little something to do with my deej addiction though

Y'know, I've honestly never thought about carto life all that much...

The only time I've had a carto die on me is when I kill it by doing something dumb...

I take that back... Peanut Butter Cup will clog a carto after about a half-ounce (give or take) because it has stuff in it that condenses out onto the coil. Other than that... the fruits, taffies, champagnes, etc., all seem to be carto-friendly.

I think any juice that mixes up clear will be very mild on a carto... juices that have color to them when mixed will be a bit harsher. Cloudy juices would be devastating to a carto... I don't think I make anything that's cloudy...

I don't own any cloudy juices, from any vendor. I do own some brown ones. And they get browner as they age. People say that's the nicotine but I'm vaping 6mg. People doing 24mg must end up with black liquid.

I do chalk it up to oxidation of the nic and flavoring.

I don't think I have ever had Hazelnut but it tastes nothing like a nut to me. I don't like "nutty" flavored juice.

Yes, it is oxidation of the nicotine.
I did some reading on the subject and PM-ed an ECF chemist.
He said that keeping it away from air as much as possible helps.
I now transfer my e-liquids into smaller bottles as I use them up.
When they're in plastic bottles, I squeeze the air out and cap the bottle.
This seems to help.

Placed another order with you last night. Took me forever to find that elusive little fiekitty but I got him. He was on a flavor I really wanted to try to so that was a big bonus. I wanted to get my order in before the firekitty promo was over. I always wait til the last minute to do everything. Big time procrastination issues. My taxes are always done on the 15th and i make it to the DMV on my b-day. LOL well I got it done though and that's what's important. After I get these juices I will be trying to find the time to type up the reviews in the juice reviews section. Seems like there aren't enough out there. Turns out the banana I got last time is great mixed with Boba's Bounty. Hope it's ok to mention another vendors juice but I wasn't very fond of the BB til I added your juice. Now it's great. Tastes similar to the Gorilla. My hubby also loves the cheesecakes.

I've got a little over 200ml ordered from deej in the last few weeks, and an order on it's way to me for another 400ml+
I'm a juice junkie, and while other vendors have good juice, only deejstuff takes me to my happy place, especially the CantaMelon - I can't get enough of it in all of it's wonderful variations!

I still want to know how kitty makes champagne that feels like real champagne bubbles bursting on my tongue, but I know he'll never tell
