Hi all,

Hubby and I have had our 510's since Monday... well we shared until Wednesday. I was so thrilled when I finally got my own, but then bummed too. When our first order came Monday, I just happened to get the one with the bad atty, and bad battery LOL. I noticed the same problem in my own set.. I had one great atty, vaped like a dream immediately, and one bad one.. had to work really hard to get any vapor. I originally thought maybe the battery, but both are good, I swapped batteries and attys... same problem. Finally today that atty is working well too... I guess it just needed a bit of break in time, or I am finally learning how to do this.

Now I just need to get off the analogs completely... I am at less than half of what I used to smoke, but still... would like to quit. I think I will order some medium juice, maybe the light is just not enough for me.

So you other newbies like me out there... don't give up...it just takes time to get used to. Once you do, it is a pleasure...

Hi comfortably numb....

Glad you getting the hang of it :)

As you have found out it not as easy as sometimes made out! Problems with atomizers/batteries, juice in mouth, sometimes bad reaction to pg juice to but name a few ha-ha!

But you are in right frame of mind just take it easy and don't push trying to pack up analogs and it will just happen!

I smoked for 20+ years and now never even think about a normal cig even though wife still smokes! Just have to make sure got plenty of backup atomizers etc as am sure if had complete failure the nicotine monster would soon crave them again?

Keep us informed of how you doing

Mufftrix...............

comfortably numb, You are doing good! Don't sweat the quitting, it will happen or it won't. I just tried to go down to as few a day as I was comfortable with, then one day I forgot to go out for an analog!
One trick I used was to put the ciggarette case in a bedroom in the back of the house. It was a pain to go and get it and then go outside. I noticed I would just hit the P.V. rather then get up!

Mufftrix, I live with 2 smokers, I don't notice it too much. I just ignore it as much as I can. But sometimes when I pass a room one of them is in..it hits me full in the face and makes me wince.

That a good idea to put cigarettes so you have to make an effort to get them! I only smoked in porch and as was winter when I quit them, was much easier to sit in the warm and just vape away, by which time the craving for a cigarette had gone!

I notice wife smoking most when she has a cigarette in car, it stink`s ha-ha!

I've been vaping for about three and a half weeks so far and it's been great. I still smoke the analogs at work and friend's house so I leave the vaping for the car and home. I've had one bum battery and no issues with any of the attys for for the 3 e-cigs but have been vaping heavily on the Titan (510). I love it! Being a menthol smoker for the last 7 years or so, with Totally Wicked's menthol and chip mint flavors its like smoking my regular menthols...almost to the point that I DON'T miss them, especially in the car.car.

Good luck comfortably numb!
