I read somewhere the PG (or was it the VG?) dries a person out.

Plain water is probably healthier, but I've been downing alot of green tea myself. Could prolly do without those empty calories, but it tastes sooo good now! Only time I drink the coffee is at work (couple cups), then I start hitting the green tea, sometimes white, about lunch time. I'll usually down maybe 20 ounces of water in the evening though. :)

Just about any water-based fluid will do the job; coffee, tea, juice, 'kool-aid', beer, or just plain old H20 will do the job. You can tell when it's time to hydrate, you get cotton mouth or dry 'itchy' nose.

p.s. DAMN. That's a lot of coffee.
I used to drink about a pot/day, but now I'm down to 1 quadruple espresso in the morning. o_O

I use bottled water and add the small packets of propel zero, seems to help and the taste isnt to bad. Being from the south my weakness is sweet tea so I am trying to lay off that much sugar/caffeine (was drinking a gallon of tea a day).

I seriously drink about 2 gallons of sweet tea daily! LOL!

I'm big on the sweet tea as well, but I started using stevia instead of sugar to sweeten it about a year ago. I actually mix it less sweet now because it's sweetness overkill with some of my vaping flavors. I chug water like a camel these days.

Is that like Splenda? We switched a while back to get Mom off sugar since she likes sweet tea but is diabetic.

It's not an artificial sweetener. Stevia is a plant that is naturally much much more sweet than sugar. It is sold as a nutritional supplement in health food stores. I get it in liquid form from GNC. I use about 20 drops in a 32oz glass of tea (filled with ice of course).

Just about everywhere you look, everyone says that vaping dries you out. My experience is "yes it does". It's not as drying when you use straight vg, but when I'm dripping on an atty at work, I go through MASS (flavored) water and although I didn't do that as much when I FIRST switches to straight vg, the new flavors/tastes and overall mass vapor just make me want to do it more so I noticed the drying effect.

My mom used to drink about 4 pots of coffee a day and later on when she started having a variety of small health problems, she finally started drinking water quite avidly. Coffee, tea... anything that uses water is not actually considered as your daily healthy dose, but you can always use flavors (like crystal light or the generic versions like I do) if you don't like the plainness of water in general. I used to be a HUGE fan of water, and then one year just got sick of it. So to make up for my lack of water intake, I started using the flavor packets and I drink far more today than I EVER did! This also helps deal w/ unnecessary hunger - when you're not really hungry but your body is craving s/thing in particular and if you can't figure it out, you just eat whatever.

Caffeine is an irritant and while I LOVE my coffee, there's only so much I can drink. Same w/ vaping at a high nic level. Listen to your body. If you HAVE to go w/ tea or coffee, then start drinking half/half caffeine or just gradually lessen the amount by replacing it w/ a more water based drink that is non-caffeinated or at least carries the same tastes as what you are either fond of or used to. The biggest difference is the change itself.
