I do here and there, just drink plenty of water. I don't drink enough water anyway, so it's great for me!

Same. Had maybe two cups of water a day before vaping with various soft drinks thrown in. Now I get through about 8 or 9 cups of water a day and no soft drinks. Feels good to not have that much sugar in my system all the time.

Not sure if it's due to dehydration caused by vaping, but since having switched I find that I am drinking more water on a daily basis.

At first I thought it was because the combination of Coke (my daily go-to) and the strong cinnamon vaping left my mouth with a very sweet coating, which would bug me after a while. Then I thought that maybe I was using the Coke to override the residual taste from cigarette smoking, and having quit I just didn't need that anymore. My husband thinks it has to do with taste buds healing and what-not.

Who knows?

When you live on a hot desert drinking lots of water is just normal everyday life. Not by the number of glass fulls per day, by the gallons. So I haven't really noticed it except sometimes when I wake up. I had been a coffee hound for about 50 years... more than one pot a day. A hound as in if the doctors told me I'd die tomorrow if I didn't stop drinking it immediately, well, I'd die tomorrow. Now I seldom make coffee, I make veggie or fruit smoothies instead. Probably why I don't vape fruit e-liquids much.

Caffeine dehydrates you as well, so adding vaping to your routine probably just made it more noticeable.

Personally I probably drink a couple of liters of water a day and that keeps dry mouth away.

I had the dry mouth for the first few days I was vaping and drinking more water definitely does help. I work out a lot and I know I didn't usually drink enough in the day as it is, so I started making sure to always carry a 32oz nalgene bottle with me and drink at least 4 bottles a day. I find if I don't have it with me it's easy to forget to get in enough water, but if you always have some on you you constantly drink and it also helps you not eat so much or drink other sugary drinks.

Diet soda or water for me.....
LOVE my coffee (iced in Summer.....!)....but it DOES tend to accelerate dehydration...
So.....on occasion....I'll pop a 200mg caffeine pill with my H2O....
Not to get political here......but there's one thing Obama said that I can TOTALLY agree with....
"Yes, I C.A.N.!!" - make it through my day......!!!:)
(* - Caffeine, Adrenaline, and Nicotine!!!)
Happy (vaping) Trails!!
