I would also like to know about what D05Gt) asked. You say to consume the liquid between 18 and 24 months. If I were to consume the liquid AFTER this time period, would it make me sick? Or would it just lose it's flavor and intensity and not be as good? I have 35 or so bottles in my refridgerator and I am trying to get a definitive answer as to whether this will help the longevity of the liquids, or hurt them.

I'm sorry if I've overlooked it, but I've not seen anything anywhere on Dekang's return policies? I've looked on your site and the threads. I'm concerned because I purchase in larger ammounts and would hate to get stuck with a bunch that was an order mix-up, or just not to my taste buds.

Could you please explain your policies on returns?

From the other thread Dekang/Hank said
there was one questions asked by a lot of customers: So Dekang is the most guaranteed source of safe and good quality e-liquid, how to recognize that the retailers are buying from us?

Since the question was asked our management team has been working with our wholesale customers to make this easy: Now most of our customers use our e-liquid bottles! Our e-liquid bottle has a child-proof cap. There is YNDK carved on the cap if you look for it carefully. (YNDK stands for YunNan DeKang). We have four cap colours: Orange, Blue, Green, White. If you would like to see a picture of our eliquid, please go to my album or our UK retail website: ECIS Electronic Cigarette.

I think this is a good idea, but...it seems nicotine is light sensitive. Do you believe after a 2 year shelf life, nicotine content is still similar, if kept in a dark, coolish environment..is it worth a switch to white/non-clear bottles?

What happens when E-liquid spoils/expirers? Also, what do you think the cause of these happenings may be in the following link? My hypothesis is these plastic bottles where held in customs for a month+ in shipping containers with over 100 degree heat. Plastic absorbed into the liquid.

The main factor influencing e-liquid shelf life is bacterial contamination. E-liquid contains sugar and are therefore prone bacterial contamination. What I think might have happened was that the warm temperature has encouraged bacteria to grow and therefore, spoils the e-liquid.

For long term storage, please keep your e-liquid in a dark cool place. The fridge (4 degree C) would be ideal. In addition, keeping it in an airtight container will also help.

Good quality e-liquid should be CLEAR with no bits.

Feel free to paste the above answer on to other threads.

E-liquid is like eye drops. After it has been opened it is best to discard after it's use by date because of contamination possibilities.

We encourage all our clients to purchase a sample before ordering from us in bulk. You will be able to purchase a sample from our UK retail site on ecisdirect.com. Alternatively, please drop me an e-mail on frances@ecisdirect.com.

We will be happy to replace any unwanted e-liquid that was our fault. For example, sent you the wrong e-liquid.

Hi Dekang, It was suggested recently by a forum member that Dekang is owned by Ruyan. Can you tell us if this is true?

Okay, let me tell rest of it.
Ruyan owns both First Union(RN brand) and Sailebao(DSE brand) factories as well as Dekang. Sailebao gave up when Ruyan threatened to drag them to court. There is no need for suppliers to apply for FDA approval because, well, Ruyan's application will cover both of these brands and thus most of the e-cigs available. The Ruyan you have seen selling classy products is just a cover-up, they own the industry. And the patent in question is Patent Login . They of course want to get rid of every other e-cig manufacturer so they can claim their monopoly. Getting FDA to "ban" e-cigs surely suits them. Especially they dislike Loongtotem for coming up with a vastly superior atomizer design that does not conflict with their patents. On a side kick, Ruyan has started selling 42mg carts in China.

    Hi Dekang,

Do you have the facilities to research whether one of the stereoisomers of propylene glycol would make better e-liquid than the other? I think that all currently available e-liquid is racemic (a mix of both.) There is reason to suspect that using only levorotatory propylene glycol could produce a superior e-liquid (Please see Enantopure Propylene Glycol? for more details.)

Also, thank you very much for your presence and responses on these forums!
