so if anyone remembers, i have a bias against dekang, but i will try my best to be fair and even handed.starting with the cherry: i was hoping for more of a jolly rancher/cherry candy type experience here. the flavor i got was very difficult to taste. and actually i dont know that i have ever tasted or smelled cherry from this flavor. it's not terribly sweet either and vapor production was low-medium. i cant say i hated it, since i never really tasted it. perhaps i got a mislabeled flavor. genuine dekang bottle, low nic strength. throat hit was...present.
this one left me flat. not reordering this flavor. i added some vanilla flavoring, and it sort of tasted like vanilla, which was the highlight of this vape.french pipe: if you like dekang, and pipe flavors, this one was not bad, and has a smokey pipe flavor. i would like it better if blended with a good cherry and a touch of vanilla, but on it's own, its flavorful and produces decent vapor. throat hit is a solid medium. i smoke a pipe, its pretty faithful to the flavor of the real thing. it's a good mixer too.
dr. pepper: what can i say about the dr? 23 flavors of awsome. the dekang version is about as close as i could expect it to be. it's not a boutique flavor, but it does capture essence of the dr. not terribly sweet. strangely it did not come with the dekang genuine cap. i have heard that this is a vg/blend flavor, and it seems a bit thicker than the others from the same order. at first i did not like it, but i let it sit for a week, and shook it alot and it really improved. it's similar to the dr pepper gum, with the liquid center. good vapor, better than the others in the order, and the throat hit is strong, borderline harsh, but i prefer a mild hit, so take that into account. most likely will not reorder, because i dont care for the dekang after taste, but if you are a dekang fan, this one is pretty good. just dont expect dr. pepper IN YOUR FACE flavor, its a bit more subtle.
