Dekang Juice

Has anyone had any experience ordering directly from dekang? are customs a problem with juice?

The juice is the main thing the seem to be seizing in customs I haven't ordered anything from china since the appeal I have just heard too many horror stories, the vendors seem to try to make good on it but you have to make another order and that's just more money that's not guarantied so I guess it's at your own risk....
