First off, let me start by saying that I have worked in the customer service business in some way or another my entire adult life, so it would stand to reason that customer service is very important to me. With that being said, on to my review:


I had never heard of Delaware Vapor before, but they had something I wanted when nobody else did at the time. So I placed my order, recieved a confirmation email, and then the email we all wait for saying that our much "NEEDED/WANTED";) supplies are on their way. Then of course, I tracked it every 15 minutes(on my phone, computer,friends phone,everywhere lol) for three days until it arrived. Then like a kid at Christmas I impatiently tore the package to shreds and began pulling out my goodies one by one, but alas something was wrong everything was there, accessories were the right color, but the PV I ordered was the wrong color. Now to some this might not be a big deal (my wife laughed at me and said just use it, but then again if her steak was wrong she'd just eat it.), but to me and my .... retentive, everything has to match self, this was huge. I immediately got onto the website and very politely asked if it was a mistake or if maybe they were out of the one I ordered, and how we should proceed with exchanging for the right one. Surprisingly I had a response within 20 minutes(mind you this is after regular business hours). Andrew informed me that was a mistake and he apologized, and was shipping the correct item immediately, along with a return label for the incorrect one. Again I had an email telling me an item had been shipped and given a tracking number, and just as fast as before, it was here and the appropriate color as well, and inside the package was a hand written apology.

So in my opinion Andrew at Delaware Vapor is a very honest, courteous, business man whom the customer truly matters. We've all had that company who forgot to put something in the order, or sent the wrong one and then never responded back when emailed or called to rectify the problem. I can guarantee that this will not happen with Delaware Vapor.



So 5 stars to Delaware Vapor IMHO,
