The inside o-rings? Those are only necessary if you have a hard-tipped carto. If you have a soft-tipped cart, the soft tip acts as the drip protector like the o-ring.

Or do you mean the colored rubber band things some people use to mark their carts? IIRC, they're orthodontic rubber bands, and you should be able to buy them online from any dental supply place or even from your own dentist.

Or you you mean the clear silicone caps that come on the ends of cartomizers? We call those carto condoms. Almost all cartomizers come with those on them. The first cartos I bought were sort of beta-test CE2 r4's with no condoms so I have to buy other cartos for the same e-cigarette for get some condoms. I also use them to protect the threaded end of a battery when I carry a spare battery in my pocket.
