My last delivery from V3 was lost in the mail, V3 made it good. My last order before regulations appears to have been lost also. It arrived in phoenix 2 days ago and never left, needless to say this is getting old, last 2 packages lost. Is anyone else having this problem. Sorry but I had to vent somewhere.

All good here, that sucks hope you get it sorted out.
Part of the problem is I order for a few family members, and they and me expect the order on time. I know it's not V3's fault. but it seems that Arizona usps has some very inept employees.
They just got re organized up there; so I suspect that the workload has gotten crazy and will get back to normal shortly. Not making excuses but that's what I know.

I live in Maryland, so its not local. The first package arrived at the cottonwood office and never left, the second package got out of cottonwood to the phoenix office, where its been since.
I've had a couple lost here lately also and I don't live in AZ. And that wasn't the norm. Humm
I have noticed and increase in lack of scans for packages shipped by USPS. They sit in one area with no further info available and then magically move like Scotty beamed them across the nation.
I had one veer off into the darkness Friday. Tracking said it was delivered to an address in a town about 30 miles from me. I was getting all ready to notify the vendor Saturday and intended to contact the post office Monday, but when I checked tracking again Saturday, it showed it stayed about a minute in the other town and then moved on to mine, delivered Saturday afternoon.
That really blows. I hope you can get things worked out. 
I don't know what's happening to your packages, but I'm in AZ too, and I've had no problems with sending or receiving stuff via USPS. For example, I just sent off a return to an ebay seller back east about a week and a half ago, and they received it in 4 days.
