Delivery signature

OK.....told y'all I'd be back with a silly ? Or 2.
i know it's been stated that I would need to sign for my REO.....but have heard others say you have to for the provari(which I didn't).
our subdivision has a communal mail box on each street and we all have our own lockable box. Think that's good enough for delivery?
If I happen to miss delivery does it go back to the PO for pick up there?

Depends on your carrier, I've had two Reos delivered one they left the other I had to sign. If they don't leave it they will leave a slip and you can either pick it up or sign the slip and have it delivered.

The signature confirmation costs Robert money. The USPS mail carrier is only to deliver with a signature.

You can get the slip at the post office or from the carrier and sign in advance. Then leave it in the box on delivery day.

Some carriers will accept a signed note with tracking instead.
