OK.....told y'all I'd be back with a silly ? Or 2.
i know it's been stated that I would need to sign for my REO.....but have heard others say you have to for the provari(which I didn't).
our subdivision has a communal mail box on each street and we all have our own lockable box. Think that's good enough for delivery?
If I happen to miss delivery does it go back to the PO for pick up there?

The signature confirmation costs Robert money. The USPS mail carrier is only to deliver with a signature.

You can get the slip at the post office or from the carrier and sign in advance. Then leave it in the box on delivery day.

Some carriers will accept a signed note with tracking instead.
