Dental Visit

Went to the dentist today for my teeth cleaning which i do on a regular basis now with age and all.
She asked after the procedure if i was doing something different because my teeth were not nearly as stained as in past ( i go several times a year).
I said i quit smoking and now vape.
She understood the term and said "Congratulations thats great and explains why your teeth are not that stained" and the assistant then said "i have some friends that vape as well and it enabled them to stop smoking for good.
Mention to the dentist i figure coffee stains as well but im not going to give that up !

I bought some dental picks.. intending to use them to clean cartos. they didn't work on the cartos so I started using them on my teeth. It took less than 5 minutes to clean my teeth last visit! the girl who always does my cleaning said she could tell the biggest difference!
