I've ordered some stuff from myvaporstore.com. They're costs are decent but their shipping speed and customer service is stellar. I'll pay a little extra for quick shipping and good customer support when needed. Good luck.
My vapor store is where I got my first VV battery - an excellent vendor.
Two more that I would recommend would be Discount Vapers and Mount Baker Vapor
All have good prices, sell genuine equipment and offer fast shipping. Customer service is excellent too. Much better to pay a few dollars more and have the backing of a good vendor than to take a chance on Ebay.
This is all assuming you are looking for US vendors.
Oh I almost forgot, 101vape.com is also very well respected.
