I'm kinda new to vaping (almost 2 out an analog) and haven't dealt w/a whole lot of vendors. As I work for a locally owned business I try and do as much purchasing as I can locally which lead me to desertvapes.com in the Phoenix area. I placed an order through their website and marked it for local pick up, contacted Dave and then drove out to meet him a few hrs later. After explaining that i was very new to vaping Dave stood outside in the 100+ phoenix heat for over an hour talking to me and answering my noob questions. That's what I call customer service!!
