This may very well be the first time I've ever posted a positive review of a company online! (And i've been online since '93!)
I noticed there aren't many reviews for Desert Vapes, but I went with them anyway, since they had the best deal on the joyetech eRoll.
Note - this is www.DesertVapes.com, not "High Desert Vapes" -
I emailed them a question late Thursday night. Bright and early on Friday, I had a friendly, informative reply. When I was attempting to place my order, I noticed the coupon code I found on ECF wasn't working, so I called DV. They said that code is no longer valid, but they have since lowered prices. The person I spoke with was nice, professional, helpful.
I placed my order early on Friday, and had it sent via USPS Priority Mail. Today is Monday, and it's here!
I also ordered an extra atomizer, which was sealed in the thingie they normally come in, but they also put it in a little ziploc baggie and stapled that to the invoice, so it wouldn't get lost in the envelope.
Very satisfied with this company.
Unfortunately, they don't stock the type of juice I wanted, so I ordered that from a different vendor. (Same time, also Priority mail, and it's not here yet, hopefully tomorrow! Can't wait to try it out!)
So - good customer service with quick response, very fast mail, and thoughtful packaging. A+ !
