Imagine a table-top appliance, perhaps looking similar to a bread-maker, in which you place the ingredients to nicotine juice, set a timer, come back a few hours or days later and then remove a small cask of finished e-juice. I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap.
I'm assuming you would take some kind of tobacco leaf (home-grown tobacco plants, chewing tobacco, loose cigarette tobacco, perhaps PACT-exempt mail-order cigars, etc). You'd put in a measured quantity in one compartment of the device, and then pour in 100mg of pure VG/PG etc in the liquid receptacle. Maybe you'd need to change some kind of screen or filter. Maybe you'd add some flavorings or essences to another chamber in the device. Maybe theres a dial to turn to set some setting, maybe a timer, some kind of basic controls.
I'd pay good money for just such a device. Perhaps it would be prohibitively expensive, perhaps a similar device already exists out there for some other purpose that just needs some modifications to meet my needs.
Now I understand extracting gallons of pure lab-grade nicotine is dangerous and deadly, etc, but I'm not talking about filling up oil drums of pure deadly nicotine in a lab, just extracting a small amount of nicotine and perhaps flavor from a fairly small amount of tobacco and infusing that into some VG/PG for personal use.
I am available for beta-testing.
