1) At the very bottom of the page, left hand side, you'll see a drop down box that allows you to select a mobile style.
2) Editing options may be very limited in the mobile style.
3) There are no options to manually change the color of usernames. This is automatically done based on the usergroup you are assigned to (Supporting member, ECF veteran, etc.)
4) Avatars and profile pictures are modified from your settings. That link (Settings) is in the upper right corner of the forum.
5) Again, if you're in the mobile style, your options may be limited (including liking a post).

Thank you very much, that was very helpful! I only asked about the name change cause there was a post telling us how to do it and notifying us that it's not done automatically. So IDK what they were talking about then. Oh well, I guess whatever I need to do someone will tell me again. Thanks again! <3
The name change that is not done automatically is actually changing the text of your username. That is done manually by admins, the form to request such is here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/forms.php?do=form&fid=9
Changing your username display color is fairly simple. I'm not sure how the menus look on mobile skins or in Tapatalk, but on the full site click on "Settings" at the very top of the page, then in the menu bar on the left choose "Permissions Groups". All of the available user classes will be displayed in a list and you can choose which of those color options you'd like by clicking the check box next to the relevant option labeled "Identify me as a member of this group".
Which options will be available to you will vary depending on which user groups apply to you. There are different colors for ECF Veteran, Supporting Member and your default user group. I think right now the default is probably the only option available to you. ECF Veteran becomes available to members after 1 year of membership (with a minimum post count of 70), Supporting Member is available to those that have supported the forum (see here for details on the perks)
