But I created my first multi-voltage mod!

So I've been waiting for two weeks for my madvapes order so I could build my first box mod (USPS lost it temporarily). So I get all my stuff together with the how-to brought up of the computer, and start going at it. At about the 5 minute point disaster struck, I shattered the battery box trying to drill the hole for the atty connector. I say a few not-so-nice words, then proceed to digging through all my junk for something to mod. Lo and behold, I find my Coleman Max mini ultra bright flashlight ($30 at Walmart). It looked so innocent sitting on my night stand, and I remember relying on it so many times in the car, and when the power went out. It was also my carry daily carry flashlight and my go-to flashlight in the middle of the night. However, my overwhelming urge to mod something overpowered all of that. It took me just a few minutes to gut my poor old pal, and then I proceeded to rebuild her into something completely new. Now she has become a 3.7v or 6v vaping machine.

I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

Actually it was pretty short lived. I couldn't leave well enough alone. I tried to replace the factory push button with my horn style switch. It was going pretty good, but for some unknown reason I lost continuity on the switch AFTER I had super-glued and soldered everything together. And of course, I destroyed the original push button getting it apart! So now every thing is in the trash, maybe I'll just buy one of Ken's boxes for $20, it would have been much cheaper, lol.
