This is a story in the Detroit News. I live in Michigan. There is no law about selling ecigs to kids. There is very little Michigan based news about ecigs. The smoking rate in Detroit isn't a little lower than those other cities, it's a LOT lower, crazy lower. It appears that the places with the harshest crackdowns on ecigs have highest teen smoking rates. Washington DC banned vape shops. I believe Texas and Chicago have harsh restrictions. Look at their teen smoking rates.

Boston: 7.9
Chicago: 10.7
