Wsup everybody. I recently dewicked and debridged an atty while waiting for lr306 and boge 2ohm cartys to come. My question is does e juice pool under the atty? Bc when you mod your atty or atleast me it slightly lifted when removing briddge. When I followed a tutorial on how to do it the modder said this was completely normal. I'm not stressing over it just curious. Oh im using an ego kit btw. Also I took the cone off today and it was soaked with juice which I understand is normal but damn it was alot. I only drop 3 into it. Im also cleaning contacts and attys when I notice the leakage. Any info would be appreciated. Today is my first day on ecf! Happy holidays my fellow vapers! Thank you!

Having the ceramic cup lift up a little is not at all uncommon. All you need to do is push it back down where it belongs.
But yes, there is a space below the cup where juice collects. There is also wire mesh on the bottom of the cup that will wick it back to the coil.
Juice can also leak out the side holes of the atty connector. There are also devices, like a drip shield, that will hold that juice next to the connector so that it is drawn back into the atty.

Here is a simple trick that I used before there were drip shields.

See where the o-ring is placed?
Leaking juice would collect on top of the o-ring, and on the next draw that juice would be pulled right back into the atty.

Avid makes a drip shild for the eGo, but their site is down for maint at the moment.

Now don't just toss the eGo's, they can still provide a satisfying vape as a backup.
most def my friend. I see you have a wide arrangement in your avatar. What would you recommend? I was looking at the madvapes box just bc of price as I am a student and income is scarce but I'm willing to pull the trigger on a pricier one. The reviews seem solid on it so far.
