Never is a strong word. Maybe never intentionally. Hopefully these guys are the exception. The following is a general statement and not specific to Halo. In fact, they actually used a very well established legit as heck lab to do their testing. They just need to keep it up because of what's below.
One thing I learned from the nutrition business is that unless you constantly test your end product and require your vendors to do the same and provide full disclodure on sourcing, one piece of paper saying "pass" means nothing. This usually requires a dedicated QC resource to constantly enforce it, visit supplier factories, etc. It costs a lot of money that I doubt most vendors are willing to spend. This is why brand/household name multimillion dollar
supplement companies get nailed for failed protein claims, spiked products, etc. And this isn't some obscure brand. Many of these companies are victims of their suppliers, but not really since they could have constantly tested. This is stuff you can find at Kroger, walmart, etc. Think about that before believing a piece of paper, which many times is from a bogus lab. Just ask questions about the above points. If you get legalese, move on.
