USA. State: Inebriated.
Just checked their website and I highly, highly doubt their line is actually diketone-free.

They have no mention of diacetyl/AP anywhere on their site (not to mention no test results anywhere on the web), and failure to acknowledge likely means failure to care about removing nasty components/leaving nasty components out of their e-liquid.

Lastly, considering OP is only 2 posts deep.. This thread may just be a blatant advertisement.

Of course it is...... This is why if I test their product they have to provide it for free :w00t:

I thought you all would be interested in the following email response from VP of Cuttwood:

    Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the concern you have with our flavors.

The reports issued by Enthalpy Analytical (which Vapor Shark recently posted on its website) indicate that two of Cuttwood’s flavors, Unicorn Milk and Monster Melons, contain NO detectable amounts of Diacetyl and, in the case of Monster Melons, NO detectable amount of Acetyl Propionyl.

While the Enthalpy Analytical reports indicate that two of Cuttwood’s flavors (Sugar Bear and Boss Reserve) contain measurable amounts of the Diacetyl, Enthalpy Analytical has advised Cuttwood that the Diacetyl concentration levels it reported for these two flavors are estimates

Please be advised, Of the approximately 66 products in which Enthalpy Analytical detected the presence of Diacetyl, Sugar Bear and Boss Reserve reportedly have the second and fourth lowest concentration levels of Diacetyl, respectively. In addition of the 42 companies whose products were tested by Enthalpy Analytical, 39 have at least one flavor which tested positive for AP.

Lastly, Innovation is part of the Cuttwood tradition. In keeping with this tradition, Cuttwood is committed to improving its products by exploring new ways to reduce and/or eliminate the levels of Diacetyl in its products without sacrificing the rich, full-bodied flavors which continue to draw customers to Cuttwood.

I hope this information finds you well, and this answers all your questions.

    Thank you,

Vendors should not be using colouring at all, so they shouldn't have to say it is free of red dye.

As to the rest, personally I don't care if they provided a copy of the test results, looking at their site and what they state tells me they don't know anything about juice, so not someone I would ever trust.

First off Max VG doesn't mean anything. If they are using pg based nic and pg based flavors then the level of vg is much lower right off the bat than someone using vg based nic. Juice makers need to give % of vg not just say max.

Next they state their max vg only works in rda's and sub-ohm tanks, funny, I been vaping high vg (70% or higher) for 3 years now, my current DIY juices are between 90 to 95% vg. Most of that time I was using neither rda or sub-ohm tanks and the juices I vaped worked just fine in my clearos, cartos, and attys. Just takes learning how to use your equipment.

Lastly, many of us vape over 6mg, so they are limiting their customer base by offering only in 3 and 6 mg.
