As the others have mentioned, it could ve a nicotine issue. I know certain sweeteners can bother people's guts. Any on going gut issues should be addressed by a doctor.

So when I got a day or more with out vaping, and then start again I will have ........ from the first 5 hits to about 3 days sometimes longer. What is causing this? It happens every time, so what can I do to stop this?

I am going to guess here that you are not a smoker using vaping to quit smoking and that you are using nicotine in your device.
It's well known that too much nicotine can cause ........ - and if you weren't using nicotine before...well, you are getting too much now.
It's best not to inhale any substance into your lungs, but if you MUST you should change to an e-liquid without nicotine. Why start a dependence just for recreational purposes ?
Stop the nicotine.

I do stop vaping for short periods of time. Every 10 to 14 days I dont vape for 2 to 4 days and even up to 14 days occasionally.
I havnt experienced ........ on returning to the vape at any time.
I dont vape flavours and dont use pg.
