Dicodes USA - What Happened?

I made an order through dicodes-usa.com in MAY. I've ordered from them several times in the past. He did say they would take a couple weeks to ship, but it's now two months later, I spent $350 on two 24mm kayfun X atomizers and have absolutely nothing to show for it. They don't answer the phone or any of their email addresses. I've tried all 3 over the course of weeks.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? This is insane. Dicodes is a scam now?

Their reputation has been poor for many moons. I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles and hope they come through for you.

I know that I've always opted to get my Dicodes stuff from Lisa & Keith at Creme de Vape (out of UK). They're fantastic to work with, all around.

You should file with your credit card company. You have done due diligence.

That’s the last address I had for them. Who knows? Maybe they’re closed.

It’s a vape shop that drop ships to a hole in the wall address on the west coast, then repackages and sends whatever to people who order from the Dicodes USA site.

It’s a very hit or miss affair. Also: very deceptive.

Went to check out Vape Pro International which used to be the company linked to the above address. Site is flagged now. Dun and Bradstreet place them in Romania. That doesn’t sound good.

I remember several years ago when I was looking at dicodes Dani stabwood mods at the USA store several people here warned me to stay away from them. I was told they weren’t a “real” or approved dicodes distributor. I read many stories like yours and never did get that stabwood although I did find a used Dani.

Dealing with Dicodes direct is a simple process using Wise to transfer money to Germany they ship to US using UPS with tracking very fast turn around.
