Four nights ago i decided i was going to turn the wattage on my vape up quite a bit. i chain vapes on it for about twenty minutes. nothing seemed strange at the time but the next morning i woke up with an extremely sore throat that almost feels like it could be burnt. has anyone ever experienced this? if so how can i heal it?

You probably just dried out your throat more than usual. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids.

try gargling a little warm salt water. Use reg salt from the kitchen and add to warm tap water. Stir to dissolve. You need to be able to taste the salt you used so go a little heavy and be sure not to swallow it.

More importantly gargle often.
Saline solution, peroxide or mouthwash will do.
And consider working your way up there instead of just plunging in.

eewww, beck. The saline(salt) is soothing to the throat. The others will help to irrate it.

I'm betting nobody here knows better than I do.
Clean and clear soothes just as well and aids in healing better.
If it works vaping the way I do, it should work wonders on mere mortals.

LOL. It works on you because of the way you vape.....others do not have the same type of fortitude or stamina to vape 48 mg.Consider who you're talking to.

Obviously certain brands of mouthwash will burn during treatment.
But afterwards, the benefits soon become obvious.
Though there are those that don't. I used to like Cepacol for this reason. And it just felt cleaner.
Though I haven't seen it in a while. Maybe in a pharmacy? I dunno.

You can always repeat.

I didn't say nobody knows the same.
Merely that it's doubtful anyone knows BETTER.
Nothing was meant as an insult.
And no, how I vape doesn't make a sore throat any different than another sore throat.
But if I can alleviate and heal mine these ways, it does suggest in lesser circumstances, they all should work just as well, if not, better.
So yeah, please do consider your denying what works for a guy who's vaped 100mg/ml at every watt a single 18650 can output and does so day in and day out with 50mg/ml.
Consider the source in this case simply means if it works for me IT WILL work for you...

I did not deny anyone of anything. Not sure how you came to that conclusion? And its not how you vape, it is the amount of nicotine you vape that I was referring to. I am surprise to came to that conclusion since I listed the amount(or near to it) of nic you say you do use.
And I suppose we will just have to agree to disagree on whatever works for you will work for everyone. Especially considering that 48mg on up would def never work on me.
