I got Cotton Candy from ECX since I forgot to from WL. And... crap, forgot the AP, though I don't remember seeing it at ECX. Are TFA and TPA the same? Seems I read that somewhere...

Johnny, do you use the AP in the Turkish blend that you mentioned before? I'm not so much for the tobacco blends as my boyfriend. Not sure if it's because I never found one I liked, or if I simply fell into FLAVOR! category.

Keep a log of your recipes so you can track changes as you tune in a recipe. And as Vash mentioned, less is indeed more. Sort of like cutting a 2 x 4 -- you can't put the cut off piece back on if you cut too short -- sort of the same concept with adding flavor -- it's very difficult to remove flavor after adding it...lol

Nice start there. I just started to DIY myself and am enjoying myself. I'm still learning, but making 5ml test samples is less painful then making a 30ml batch and not liking it.
I would also suggest that if your test sample doesn't taste right, or that you think you didn't add enough flavor. Put the sample away overnight and try it again the next day. Steeping lets the mix get to know one another :)

Nice list! And welcome to the wonderful world of DIY!

The only thing I don't see is VG. So unless you're planning on mixing 100% PG only, or your nic is in VG or a mix of PG and VG, you may want to pick some up. If you have a Walmart nearby they have the Humco brand in the pharmacy.

Also, be really careful with the TFA Caramel Cappuccino. 1 or 2 drops per 10ml is about all you need. CC is one of my favorites and I about turned myself off of it for life by starting with 5% in my first attempt! Didn't touch it again for 6 months! Before that KBV CC was my ADV for a long time and I couldn't even vape that anymore. :)

Now it's again my ADV thanks to a recipe posted by headinclouds. 10% FW Candy Cane and 2% TFA Caramel Cappuccino (clone of Twisted Java). I haven't had the original but this is wonderful. Never would have thought I could do 2% CC and never would I have thought to try these two together but if you like coffee vapes, especially CC, you should try it. It doesn't taste anything like I was expecting. The two together turn into something more than the sum of the parts. :)

Good luck! There are lots of knowledgeable, friendly people here for help anytime you need it. This is the best community I've ever been a part of.

No kidding, it truly is.

I already have VG, I should have posted that. Good advice on the CC, thank you :)

I'm so excited!

1. TFA and TPA are the same company.
2. I do not put AP in my latest Hangsen Turkish blend, as this vape's goal was to be JUST TOBACCO. No nuttiness, no caramel, etc.... However, I do put AP in tobacco when a nuttiness is desired, when the goal is to end up something like Halo Prime 15. Hope this helps!
