did i get ripped off on a bootleg k100?

Maybe the floating pin is just stuck?? I see this fairly often in discussions with new mods out of the box, the pin just needs to be broken free, and then the floating mechanism will loosen up over time with continual use. From the looks of the underside of the top cap, it looks like it is either floating, or can be adjusted.

if it was a piece of knock off poo, the top would have been pressed in. The additional machining to make the one you have is costly and a clone/cheapie would not have that design....



my buddies has the "kecig 100" engraved in it and mine doesnt... his also has a floating pin where mine will not budge at all.. i have to resort to using an adapter to run my rdas with it because the pins on the atomizers wont make contact because of how deep the pin in my k100 is.. i've tried everything and the pin on mine wont move at all

i understand where you are coming from, it just seems that my friends "kecig k100" version performs much better

I would speak with the B&M and express those concerns you mention above, specifically how limiting the non-floating pin is, hopefully they'll work with you.
