Hello vets. Can you help?

I have a 3.7v mech tube mod, that takes an 18650 battery.

I have an Orbtronic 2900 mAh protected battery. I put this battery in my mod along with a vapesafe fuse, just for extra protection.

The battery lasted a LONG time, But I think I may have over-discharged it. I vaped it till there was no more vapor coming out (didn't really see a drop in vapor production). I Don't think the PCB protection circuit was activated (I think that activates at 2.75v or something). Taking the battery out and testing it with my multimeter it read 3.09 v. I have since now charged it back up again to full 4.20 v. (although seems to have taken a long time).

Question is, have I done any damage to the battery? Orbtronic is supposed to be top quality.

Thanks.

Technically, lithium batteries shouldn't be run below 3.2v. However, if it took a charge, is holding volts, and working in your mod, then you're probably fine.

It took a long time because of the charge rate. All of my chargers top off at 1 amp charge rate (but yours may be less). This means charging it for 1 hour would put 1 amp/hr of power (or 1000mah) into the battery. Your battery is a 2900mah, or 2.9 amp/hr, so it would take 2.9 hours to fully charge a totally flat battery.
