Did I miss something?

I'm a newb at this stuff but have done about 4 days of research. I ended up ordering the Protege. They pretty much say on the website that I bought it from that they don't believe in cartridges only dripping. Do I have to worry about buying a mouthpiece for this? Do mouth pieces come with an atomizer when you buy it because I'm also interested in a Chuck but it seems you have to buy the parts for that seperatly?

Most atomizers, if not all, come with a mouthpiece attached. At least that's been my experience.

For the Chuck, you would have to purchase separately the batteries, battery charger and the atomizer.

I use carts in my Proteges. They work just fine. You can drip if you wish, but you can use carts. Proteges run at 3.7v, just like the regular e-cig batteries, but more consistent voltage for a much longer time.

Right on. Thank you for the replies! I have really bad luck with things and was worried I would receive the product then not be able to use it LOL!

As for the Chuck, I found this on Amazon. What do you guys/gals think? Is it a good price at 29 bucks and will this work with the Chuck?

If you buy the atomizers from US suppliers they will likely have carts/mouthpieces attached. If you buy in bulk from China they may not. You can always ask the supplier before you buy.

If those RCR123-A's you found on Amazon are the Tenergy's from Battery Superstore, they'll work for the Chuck at 6V. I use them in the Silver Bullet and the FogLog, which is basically Chuck's ugly older sister. I have that charger kit and another one on order from battery superstore - they said they expect it in on Nov 13.

Nice job starting out w/ the Protege, you made a good choice!
