Did MM Vapors lose my order?

I ordered a standard DID from MM Vapors back on the 7th, and a Poldiac Uma the next day. This morning I got the Poldiac, but no DID with it. I have a notice from MM Vapors saying the DID was shipped and a tracking number, which turns up invalid on the FedEx site. I'm rather concerned about this. What might be going on here with my DID? I wrote MMV asking about it.

For the Poldiac order the tracking number they sent me was a link that went right to the FedEx page and showed the progress of the shipment, but for the DID I had to copy the tracking number, it wasn't a link, and paste it into the FedEx site, and it came up INVALID. Something is really not right here. I got a FedEx shipment notification for the Poldiac, but not for the DID, which I ordered the day before the Poldiac.

I would also try contacting FedEx. They might have delivered it to the wrong address, or it could have got left on a truck or something. Since the tracking number is showing up invalid, Im guessing it got lost in transit somehow or it was reported as delivered. Hope you get it found though! Best of luck!

Thank you, I did post my concern to that thread. That I've not gotten a shipment notification from FedEx for the DID, but did get one from them for the Poldiac ordered AFTER the DID would seem to indicate it never got to FedEx, and is floating around Greece somewhere. I did get a shipment notification from MMV for the DID, but nothing from FedEx yet.

I'm not at all sure what the tracking number MMV sent me was about, it's apparently not a FedEx tracking number. I've written MMV profusely about it, but it's too soon to expect an answer as yet.

I was SO looking forward to building my DID this morning...

Sounds like they labeled it with a tracking number,(online label generator) and didn't actually deliver it to Fed Ex.
Contact MMV. They should

Ah, that could be it! I'm sure they will get it sorted out, and I've already written them, it's just a matter of time zones on their side of the planet and all that. In the mean time I'm topping off the Krakenroller and heading out to breakfast.

Okay, got it sorted out. It was all my fault too! Miriam at MMV just emailed me back saying that I'd neglected to select FedEx shipping for my DID, so it defaulted to ELTA, Greek shipping, and so will take longer to get here, but it will get here. I have no idea how I messed that up, prolly from being burnt out working 18-20 hour shifts every other day. Oh well, I'll have my DID soon and put it on my Poldiac so I have an authentic DIDiac to go with my authentic Krakenroller.
