Did you cut your nic level when you switched to RBA?

I'm new to the world of RBA/rda/RTA whathaveyou. Like real new. I think I'll be building my first coil tonight.

I've heard people say they've had to cut their nic level in half when they switch to RBAs (I'm coming from carto tanks and pro tanks). Is that in general or just for dual coil? Just for sub ohm? Did you find this to be true for you and what kind of atty are you using?

I started at 12 with my Kayfun and had to cut down to 6 once I got an RDA because I got a massive nic buzz that made me feel ill.

The nic level for me depends more on resistance. 12mg for my Kayfun @ 1 ohm 3-6 mg in my dripper at .3-.5 But also air flow changes things too

18 in an aerotech, 12 in a kayfun, 3-6 dripping depending on the build.

I neither sub ohm or use dual coil and have cut my nic when I went to rbas. Was at 24mg before and now at 12 which is beginning to be to much for me so on my next purchase I'm going to 6.

I still use 18mg in all my devices and I'm rocking with a .7ohm twisted micro coil in my drippers

OK thanks everyone. I'm actually in the process of stepping down from 12 to 6 (still mostly 12), so I think I'll be OK if I'm using the 6 tonight. I'll go ahead and get some 3mg ordered for the near future. I have a kayfun and I have a REO and RM 2 atty on their way to me. Thank you!

I vape 50/50 12mg in my tanks and gennys, but 20/80 and 6mg in my Magma. I *can* vape 12 in the Magma, but if I forget it's got 12 in it and start chain vaping, I get nic-sick in a hurry. 1 ohm to 1.3 ohm builds in all of the above.

When I first started RBA/RDA, I went down from 18 mg to 12 to start and then to 8 and 6 in *very* short order.

I guess I'm a weird one. When I switched from an ego setup to a mech and rda, I went from 6 to 12mg, and now I'm at 10 mg

I used 12mg for about a year. When I switched to RBA's I went down to 6mg. Couldn't tell a diffrence. About a month ago I found an old bottle of 12mg of my favorite juice, I gave it a try on my RDA, major nic buzz.

started with 24mg as a smoker with an evod kit. went to 18mg a few weeks in with an ego battery + protank w/ cotton. now I'm at 6mg with a kayfun + mech mod. I also have 3mg available for dripping, but I can do either 6 or 3mg depending.

I do nothing but drip now for the most part and I started at 18mg almost 2 yrs ago in an ego style - but now I do zero and maybe 3 mg if I feel like it but try not to do much nicotine
