Did you quit smoking ??

I started smoking at 11 years old, I got hooked for good at around 18 and smoked on and off (quitting over a dozen times, of course) until about this time last year when my sister bought me a blu starter kit (I've upgraded to a kGo and recently ordered my first mod  ). I'm 30 now, so that's 18ish years on and off.

I feel like I've quit smoking for good, I can't imagine walking around stinking like that every day again. But, I do have the occasional cigarette every now and again (bought/bummed off a friend) and try to count it as a guilty treat that should only happen once in a very long time, like eating a whole box of Kraft Dinner in one sitting or taking mouth shots of Redi-Whip.

Pack and a half a day, less than 3 months ago. Have not had an analog since day 2 of vaping. Working on week 11. Already down to 6mg nic. That's where I'm staying for a while.

I smell better, I feel better, and I can taste again!

Smoked a pack a day for 16 years, quitting here and there but never really committing to it. Tried the patch, gum, and eventually found the Blu e-cigs. When those batteries died (a month or less) I went back to analogs never realizing this existed. Finally put down my last 'analog' 39 days ago and have been vaping ever since.

First setup was an egoV-v2 with an evod tank, upgraded to manger pro2 and now I'm stuck like glue to my nemesis clone with an igo-w. Dripping 3mg nic continuing down to 0mg. Loving every day when I pick up my mod instead of a regular smoke.

I smoked 1 PAD for 24 years. My bro gave me just a regular ego with a CE4 for my birthday. Bought my last pack of smokes 4 days later. Been cigarette free 3 months. I have no desire to even light up at all ever again. I have stepped up from that kit but at last check I have paid less than half the amount on vaping supplies then I would have on cigarettes.

I used to be a pack a day person but now a pack lasts me about 3 to 7 days since vaping has helped drastically cut down on cigs... however some habbits I can't seem to shake are morning smokes when I wake up zombie my way outside... and after big meals...? anyone else having issues completely quitting? :(

I did till I started using a higher nicotine first thing when I get up and after meals ,did that for three weeks now I just vape.
Down to 8mg/ml now soon too 6
Keep at it you will get there

After smoking 20 a day for over 20 years I quit 6 days ago when I purchased my White Rhino Liquid Vape. Never used a vape before, nothing to compare it to, but I have not had a ciggie for 6 days which is the longest i have been in 20 years and Im really enjoying my new found freedom . Plan to slowly cut the nicotine down over the next few months , currently on 24mg. Will never go back to cigarettes.
