My sense of taste and smell have improved greatly since I switched. I haven't really gone through really loving a flavor and then hating, though. I kind of get tired of a flavor and move on, but I always seem to come back to the other flavor at some point. Case in point; Mocha Smoke from Gourmet Vapor. When I first got this I couldn't stop vaping it. Now I'll go back to it on the odd occasion, but I have to be in the mood for it. I chalk that up to being the price I pay for vaping the crap out it.

I've only been vaping for a bit over a month, but my tastes definitely changed. I used to love, love, love Dekang's Usa Mix. Now, I can't stand the smell of it. I used to think I'd only ever want to vape tobacco flavors, and that I would never want to vape anything fruity, and that's ALL I vape now. I love my Bubble Gum, Strawberry and Blueberry flavors and don't really care for anything tobacco flavored at all.

The first 2 months I found I had to vape tobaccos eliquids with good TH or I didn't feel satisfied and was left craving an analog. I used one pretty strong tobacco (Desert Ship from FSUSA) and a more complex one Casablanca from BWB. But then I started adding vanillas, cocoa/chocolate, caramel and fruit flavors to the plainer tobacco flavors and eventually transitioned to vaping non-tobacco flavors. Cocoa mostly replaced my need for tobaccos flavors. I vape WOWbacco from V4L which is mostly a cocoa flavor. And for contrast I vape sweet vanillas and the occasional fruit vape.

I really don't vape any tobacco now except for heavily cocoa ones. But if I had a strong analog craving I would vape my two old faves.

2 months in, and I loved High Caliber's Red&White flavour. I did a trade on the forum for my BWB flavour and received FS USA MaxBoro.
Since then I've been hooked on it, I now DIY my own.
I came across a carto of the High Caliber's Red&White, and could not believe I could vape it, let alone like it.
SO.... yes tastes change, I wonder what my next 'favorite' will be...?
(I am fond of Hypnotic and a cola flavors I DIY)

I've only been at this for a month but I've seen my tastes change slightly already. As a menthol smoker, I started out vapin menthol juice almost exclusively with a few other tobacco and fruit flavors mixed in for a bit of variety. Now however, I vape mostly sweet tobacco flavors along with fruit and desert flavors. Lately, menthol/mint flavors have only been hittin my atty once a day at most.

I still turn to my hypermint when I have cig cravings but those are becoming few and far between. :vapor:

I have been vaping going on 3 months now and the first month i was vaping the most harsh Cigg tasting thing i could find..Then my taste started changing and i was looking for a smoother tobacco taste so i went with a Maxboro until my taste changed again and it became to spicy. So fast forward 3+ months in i can not stand the taste of any of the liquids i started with and have been vaping a lot of Vermillion River,BWB,Nite Lite Vapor,House of Vapor,Fsusa.Still trying to find a good Fruity vape though most i have tried the flavor is to muted and not bold enough for a fruit flavor

My choice of flavor changed along with the age and use of my attys and the battery behind it.
I started out on a standard stick e-cig about 2 years ago, it had poor performance because of the battery issues, so I wanted very strong flavored e-liquids. Ry#4 became a stand out flavor at the time. Was also testing out quite a few different flavors (I was a typical newb and wanted to test out the crazy flavors).
Eventually upgraded to a joye510 that had a much better battery, and noticed that the Ry#4 was actually almost too strong. After much reading on the forums I ended up trying Bobba's Bounty and stuck with it for quite some time. For me it seemed to have a better flavor then Ry#4 and didn't make my face hurt.
Finally, I picked up the TW's (Totally wicked) Screwdriver and have found that having a solid battery really does effect the flavor, and now alternate between TW's Kamel, TW's Tobacco, and Bobba's Bounty.

I started out on all Menthols and have been vaping only for 10 months now. I still love my menthol (Good Prophets VG Menthol), but since discovering Virgin Vapor VG organic juices, I have fallen in love with Kona Coffe Milkshake, Hazelnut, and Blueberry Cheesecake, plus several others. So I have two set-ups..one with my menthol and one for all the other ones. :) I'm someone who can not vape PG, so finding a good, flavorful VG was my daily quest, until now.

I started vaping January of 2010 and have been smoke free since April 2010 (still had a few cartons in the freezer). I have tried many different flavors that I have thought were good. One I havent been able to get away from is DK-tab. Some of the fruit ones were delicious but to sweet as an all day vape (ex. strawberry, but when mixed with a 555 50/50 its perfect). Chocolate fudge brownie is probably the closest I have found that I could use as an all day other then some of the tobaccos.

I forgot about OMFG Tobacco from kalamazoo vapor. I stopped by their a couple weeks ago cause I was almost out of juice and waiting for delivery. It was OMFG fantastic.

When I started vaping, I selected what I thought I would like. I was a Newport smoker, so I bought menthol juice (with and without tobacco flavor). I always have a bottle nearby after over 6 months and still enjoy it.

But one of the fun of vaping for me is to be able to try new flavors. I use to really enjoy strong flavors like coffee or cloves and now, not so much. I ended up consuming mostly more fruity flavors such as cherry, orange, grapefruit...never been a fan of sugary juices. Tried them, but they are not on my list of favorites.

Thinking back on it, I think my taste changed from strong flavors to more subtle ones. But it's hard to say if it is a real change or if I just broadened my experience and discovered that what I thought would suite me best really wasn't the best fit.
