"ok before i go ahead with this , i want every one to know that it has bean a " week" now on my order and no updates from the seller after contacting him about the delay"
The story:
I chose dietSMOKES for three reasons :
1-They offer UPS World wide.
2-They are approved by ECF.
3-Parked being a known reviewer so i supposed that he would give the best for products and CS.
i placed my order for the VP PT (USB Pass THRU) and 8 10ml liquids on the 22nd Jun, and chose UPS (Worldwide Expedited) for $79.53! ,
actually i did not choose , it was the only option their system showed me for my address in checkout.
after one day the status of my order was changed to shipped! i was impressed now that was fast!
but when i received the tracking e-mail , it was from USPS!
hold on people, i thought i chose UPS!, or would an extra "S" do no difference
now i can get $15 flat rate any where with USPS! why would i pay $80 bucks for that!
i sent CS an e-mail, then parked replied very fast saying that it was a " mistake" and my order is going UPS and i will get the UPS tracking later that day , and that i should forget about the USPS e-mail".
and now its a WEEK and i have not seen that UPS tracking! nor a reply from parked , all i received form CS is Mr.MoM at the forum asking me to "Hang in there"!!!
if my order was fixed fast then i would not have a problem and might forget all about it , but a week now with no UPS tracking, no decent reply nor a Full refund! i have all the right to smell a ripoff or an attempt for one!
i couldn't stop asking myself how can that happen by mistake? their system had no other option then UPS! no USPS option was there!
what if i did not notice the USPS e-mail , and just stayed here waiting for my shipment , would they notice this "Mistake" and refund the Extra?
any ways i cannot trust this seller anymore nor would i recommend him to any ,
one thing you cannot risk with a store is the honesty of it !
until the date of this thread , no UPS tracking and no REFUND!
USPS tracking is still valid though!
