well i called my bank to make sure about the refund , they said i have to wait about 72 hoers for it to show, parked did send me the refund receipt though.

Please let us know if you got your refund! Also looks like parked was suspended and the forum for his website was shut down. Just a matter of time before the link to his website is taken off of the forum suppliers list. Hopefully everything works out for you and it's a shame that w/ all the good websites on this forum he managed to work his way into the list!
Edit: Looks like every ecig forum is having an issue wonder what we can do to stop people from having to deal w/ this guy! Any suggestions is there someplace to report him?

Yes i did get my full refund now ,
thats for me , and for all other vapers here ECF did the right thing by taking dietsmokes.com out of their official suppliers and suspending parked, and this shows how ECF really care about its trust and reputation.
wael i want to thank you. it wasnt in this thread but in another one where some people were a little suspicious of your motives. I appreciate that you continued to post about him and continued to do so respectfully.

I also want to thank ECF for suspending his account. Like someone else said--its a shame when there are so many good people out there with good sites that we have to have a bad apple sneak in.

I had an issue with Parked that he resolved only after a few weeks and posting like this. That dude is a straight up Joker. If I read one of these horror stories i would understand, But this is insane, i can't imagine any of the other suppliers pulling crap like this.

It's about time that Dietsmokes got the Heave-Ho from ECF. The final straw for me occured several weeks ago. I was taken by one of his business partners on a somewhat dangerous electrical failure(in which a switch short caused an atomizer to become hot enough to melt the cart which left a burn welt on my hand) and subsequent short warranty issue on a VPlife Passthru(an overpriced, piece of junk product which Parked also distributes on the dietsmokes site). As a courtesy to Parked and his other partners(who were also distributing the product) I sent all of them a copy of the rude, dismissive email response I received from VPLife. Instead of thanking me for the info or at least acknowledging the issue, he sent this paraphrased email response:
Dont ever e-mail me again you did not order this from me therefore is not my problem
you knew it had a 90day warranty nuff said !

I now stay away from, not only dietsmoke, but every product/brand that is sold there or partnered/connected in any way with this loser. For me, in a way, this actually sucks because one of my favorite eliquid RY4 variants is sold through the dietsmoke website by a partner company of Parked. Even though I COULD purchase it directly from said partner company, I no longer do(at least not until they disassociate themselves with dietsmoke). There are plenty of other places to get good RY4.

Well I guess this thread might explain (but not necessarily justify) why, last summer, the angry dude broke into Parked's house demanding to "have a talk" with him.
I remember that "incident". Parked was threatening to call the police on the person(though he wasn't absolutely sure who it was) unless he posted a formal apology or contacted him directly. Does anybody know if anything ever developed out of this incident. It kind of just faded away into history without a resolution as I recall.
Wael, I'm glad you posted this and got some resolution to your problem! My fiance bought me a Spade from him in February. It came with one doa battery. I emailed him that day and he responded immediately and said he'd send out a new one. Today, I still have yet to see it. I've given up on ever getting it, even though I've sent several emails with no response.

My guess is now that dietsmokes is no longer an approved supplier here and Parked has been suspended, anyone with an outstanding issue with parked/dietsmokes will be at a loss. It seemed the only way any issue was resolved with Parked/dietsmokes in the past was to publicly out the issue on this forum. Since Parked no longer has to worry about that , he can forget about "solving" any outstanding issues for his "customers". What does he have to lose anymore(other then possible civil or criminal action)

cause i too would have ordered from them thinking that because others here approve of them they would be a good company to deal with. thank god for forums to have people tell us whats going on.. its like feedback with ebay.. there should always be a dont buy from these guys thread!!!
