dietSMOKES.com , a mistake or a ripoff??

It's about time that Dietsmokes got the Heave-Ho from ECF. The final straw for me occured several weeks ago. I was taken by one of his business partners on a somewhat dangerous electrical failure(in which a switch short caused an atomizer to become hot enough to melt the cart which left a burn welt on my hand) and subsequent short warranty issue on a VPlife Passthru(an overpriced, piece of junk product which Parked also distributes on the dietsmokes site). As a courtesy to Parked and his other partners(who were also distributing the product) I sent all of them a copy of the rude, dismissive email response I received from VPLife. Instead of thanking me for the info or at least acknowledging the issue, he sent this paraphrased email response:

Dont ever e-mail me again you did not order this from me therefore is not my problem
you knew it had a 90day warranty nuff said !

Nuff said???? not exactly a phrase he picked up at the Wharton School of Business.

I now stay away from, not only dietsmoke, but every product/brand that is sold there or partnered/connected in any way with this loser. For me, in a way, this actually sucks because one of my favorite eliquid RY4 variants is sold through the dietsmoke website by a partner company of Parked. Even though I COULD purchase it directly from said partner company, I no longer do(at least not until they disassociate themselves with dietsmoke). There are plenty of other places to get good RY4.

i wonder with all of this nightmare feedbacks from buyers , what made ECF accept hem back after suspending hem?

My guess is he got a 7 day suspension, waiting to see if something more is going to come of it. Let me just say though that I have not had any issues w/ this company/person, I've never used them. I do however see complaints all over many different forums including many many complaints on this one alone.

I also have had no personal interaction with him or his business, and honestly never will. I have been following several threads about him and his company. It always seems to follow the same general outline.

1. someone buys from him
2. someone is unhappy for whatever reason
3. they try to reach him
4. they either are unable or are told they are being helped
5. days or weeks go by with no resolution
6. they post here with there story
7. parked comes on to say he is sorry they feel wronged, "his business partner messed up", that his email must have went to the junk box, he did reply "come on dont make me look like i dont make my customers happy" or he simply ignores them.
8. when he is actually called on the carpet with a clear and simple way to "prove" everything he is publically stating as fact he goes and hides behind PM.

Bottom line

I will never do business with this man. I have learned one very valuable lesson from Wael. Do research--search this forum and other forums to see what other people have to say. A few unhappy customers are bound to happen, but when it becomes more than that--BEWARE.

yah could be a 7 days , but coming back as a supplier?

let the guy post review and talck no one bother , but a guy with this ridicules and bad CS and more worse "lies" to customers how can ECF afford that?

this can only mean that ECF's standards for suppliers sucks! and from now on seeing a supplier listed here will make no difference "at least for myself" and mean nothing until i do a good research about that supplier.

ECF does not publicly discuss private interactions it has with its members or suppliers.

There has been nothing productive added to this thread in a while and seems like we have the same 3-4 people posting here. They have made their dissatisfaction known.

I am closing this thread to further commentary, but it will remain visible for any to read if they wish.
