Difference between evolve kik and the smoktek kik ?

I can't seem to find a side by side comparison..

Doubt you will either.
smok and sigelei are almost Direct copies of the Evolv. Main difference is the Grounding point and missing shrink wrap.

This is why Evolv was driven to release the Kick2

Besides crxess' described physical differences... the evolv Kick adjustment range is 5-10 watts, Kick 2 is 5-15 watts, the Sigelei is 3-10 watts, the smok is 5-12 watts... and last but not least, the Crown 2 is 5-10 watts. One thing that stands out about the Crown is that it's only 8mm tall, while all the rest are in the 15mm range... and of course the audio actuation.

so in normal day long use with a tank or clearo on my unprotected mod, using 1.5 to 3.0 coils, this will do the safety protection stuff, and the regulated wattage delivery performance that I want?
The evolve is better maybe, in what respect?
Grounding point make a big difference, plastic wrap ??

I'm no electronics expert so I'm not going there, but I'd imagine the evolv item is better in overall build quality and customer support, although I've never had issues with any Kick type devices... the flip side being that you can buy nearly 4 Smok Kicks for the price of 1 evolv Kick. If mod height is a concern, then the Crown wins hands down.

As to the shrink tubing... shrink tubing is cheap, and I already own a heat gun. The ground plunger in my Smok Kicks work fine... but then, I expect them to. The ground "pins" in my Kick 2 works even better, leaving little "bites" in the tube.

Get any of them... unless one is DOA, you're probably fine.

Thanks, and yeah I do see a height concern. If you have a tight space 18650 mod, you will not get a s kik in there..you'll have to use the next smaller battery.

One of the major differences is the 33hz pulse modulation vs something like 600hz for the evolve. Causees the chi-kiks to sometimes chatter a bit and makes the vape a little more choppy ...(for the lack of a better term).

Yes you might have to go with an 18500.. but yes the chi-kiks still make a decent improvement with some added safety features.
