In my experience, every new generation of batteries from V4L seems to be a measurable improvement, and every time I am surprised they are better. The late 2009 vintage hardware was so much better then compared to what I migrated from, then the newer ash caps in 2011, then the diamonds, and now the Titans. The only exception to this rule IMO is with the autos - I actually liked the really old autos better than the diamonds, have not tried to the Titan autos, probably never will. I love the drip tips as well, and have also been enjoying the 2 ohm dual coil tanks - in this case, you really need to use the Titans of course :)

Hi Eleanor!! I have one drip tip. I tried....I really did. I just don't like the drip tips. The XLs I use are long enough, I feel "funny" using the drip tip too.

(Just can't teach this old dog new tricks!)

Hehehehe..... Looks sweet on a XL Chrome Diamond  more like vaping Scepter than a PV. :p

I wish i had known I am not the only one who prefers ash caps to diamonds before buying 3 more .:(

I bought seven more XL Manual Ash-cap batteries in the past couple weeks. I have a feeling they may be
discontinued. Since not everyone wants a diamond on the end of their e-cig, perhaps they will stay around.
