Different Cartomizers Different Flavor

I have blank kr808 cartomizers from 4 different companies and filled each up with the same juice. I was surprised at the flavor and vapor variance between the cartos. What is your favorite blank carto for kr808 batts?

I prefer the vertical wire blanks that are MF by Boge Tech. A lot of vendors sell them, but under different names. For kr808, you need to concern yourself with the ohms. If they're too low, they'll burn. Too high and you won't get enough flavor or vapor. For consistency, I usually buy from V4L and get either the Wow blanks(which are something like 2.3-2.8ohms) or the Coolcart blanks(about 3.6ohms). I get both because some of my juices don't do well in the lower ohm range, plus I have a 5V device that the coolcarts are perfect on. They nearly always have a good sale going on

I have both the WOW and Coolcart blanks from V4L. I prefer the WOW, at least with the juices I have. I'm using a 4.2V (actually ends up ~3.7V off the charger). The Coolcarts barely give me flavor or vapor even with a manual battery. I have blanks from a company called V2 and those get hot quick! You can actually feel the carto heating up and you have almost immediate vapor. They must be well below 2.3ohms...

Jumbo Cartamizers from Nhaler are great. Good flavor and they hold like 2ml. Pretty awesome!

Good stuff guys, I'm sure I'll be trying a few vendors till I find my fav. So far the premium blanks from litecigusa.net are my favorite.

Can someone tell me what the diff is between horizontal and vertical cartos are? I notice on most of them, there's a wire running up to the top and down the filler the length of the carto. On the V2 brand, there is a coil on the bottom close to where the carto connects to the battery.

The horizontal coils are placed at the bottom (batt connection end) of the carto. The atty wire is wrapped/coiled around the wick. Personally, I can't use this type on a kr808 batt without it burning. I've tried Nhaler jumbo, Ikenvape mega and Bloog MF. All do very well on my Elegant Easy (which is a kr808 Ego type fatt batt) because it is much lower voltage, even fresh off the charger, than a kr808. YMMV though, so give them a try. By the way, what kinds of juices and blends of PG/VG are you using?

I typically use 70/30 blends sometimes 50/50. In this other thread regarding the difference between dripping and cartos someone suggested "wick" style cartos by CE2 or Vortex.
